2018 Annual General Meeting
Hockey Alberta’s 111th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on November 23-24, 2018 in Red Deer. The meeting consisted of presentations, information seminars and discussion forms for Executive Members of Minor Hockey Associations, Sports Schools and Junior/Senior Club Teams, as well as Executive Members of our sanctioned leagues. Friday evening featured a special presentation, trade show and networking social. Saturday opened with a series of President Meetings followed by the Awards Presentations and Annual General Meeting. In addition to the meetings, we hosted our first ever ‘Every Kid, Every Community Cup’. In partnership with NHL Alumni and other special guests, we invited Executive members from member organizations to participate in a game of shinny in the new Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre.
